Tom, I spoke to local alpha geek, he said an upgrade version will work just fine. The difference is the O/S won't load unless you can provide it with a valid 95 or 98 product code and disc, which I can. Other than that, there is no difference in the software in the packages.

Frank, you're partially right, to reload you may have to obtain a password string from M-soft, the newer builds let you reload the O/S on the same system with a limited number of hardware changes. The earlier build would not let you change a single thing in your box. Which resulted in an uproar from the consumers, they changed the restrictions.
