Well, is it really impossible to aim at the tires, low enough to avoid killing the passengers?

There are many incidents caused by misunderstandings, like thinking soldiers are being shot at when Iraqis are shooting in the air to scelebrate a wedding.

And we hear far fewer similar incidents involving UK soldiers.
