re: The Treaty of Westphalia (1648) as seen by the neocons

I'm reading an article in Le Monde about the Neocons' agenda.
Kissinger said that it was nothing less than renouncing the Treaty of Westphalia (1648).

The Peace of Westphalia recognized the full territorial sovereignty of the member states of the empire..

The treaty also put an end to 30 years of war and allowed for protestantism to thrive and also sciences and rational thinking.

The only way for the neocons to succeed is to get full cooperation from the Shi-ites. And that the Shi-ites are not tempted by islamic fundamentalism like in Iran. Also, Iraq must become a democracy and that should influence the neighbouring arab countries.
Also, the roadmap for Peace is forgotten, seemingly.
They can't succeed. The question is: how quickly their dream of reshaping the world according to them will reveal itself and show how it's doomed to fail.
