Contary to what many people think. I don't think the WH would be on our side if it merely gave money money to NASA. NASA already gets too much money. If the WH were to pass laws and get rid of laws interfering with the private sector and/or could get NASA to actually do it's job according to it's charter, we could get some progress.
Clark would probably be like Gore & favor things like the X-33 and other nonsense.
