Oh, yeah, people can dance their way around this, and you could make a good case that there are a number of other reasons besides the tax cuts that the economy is improving.
But if the economy was going in the toilet, you can bet your bottom dollar that the Democrats would be dumping 100 percent of the blame on Bush's tax cuts.
