It probably takes the right disavowing people like Limbaugh, Coulter, and Savage. If you want to take the wounded attitude you have to not support your own lunatics first.
As to the points he made they are almost certainly what Iraqi guerillas are thinking. The government should realise that this is precisely what they are up against.
As to Rall, who knows? If he meant to say this as an example of what the guerillas are thinking then he was right to point it out. If he was associating himself with them he might need to be locked up himself.
Personally I think Coulter is ten times worse, and she gets star billing on FOX. So the whole argument seems to be the usual hypocrisy.
