It sounds as if he may conspired with bank employees to secretly withdraw large amounts of money without following federal bank reporting requirements. Because these illegally planned withdrawals were made for the purpose of illegally purchasing drugs you have a pretty good money laundering case.

Personally, I think Mr. Limbaugh will either be indicted or cop a plea. His troubles are not over. They're just beginning.

What's amusing is that all this occurs after all of his supercillious moralizing about Bill Clinton for years, except that Rush's crimes are potential felonies and Mr. Clinton's were not.
