Multiple felonies

Rush's first set of felonies involves multiple bank withdrawals in excess of $10,000 without reporting them.

Rush's second set of felonies involves sequential multiple bank withdrawals just under $10,000 with the expressed purpose of avoiding reporting requirements. What makes this illegal is the conspiracy to deliberately avoid the reporting requirements. Without the intent to avoid the reporting its not a crime, but its clear Mr. Limbaugh was willfully misusing the reporting threshold.

Rush's third set of felonies involves the act of avoiding reporting requirements in order to commit another crime...in this the illegal purchase of controled substances. Its this step that equates the repetitive non-reported withdrawal of cash to "money laundering." The bank reporting requirements exist precisely to aid criminal investigators in documenting and proving racketeering crimes.

Rush's fourth set of felonies involves the multiple purchases (in the hundreds of transactions) of controled substances. Each purchase constitutes a distinct and seperate felony crime.

Rush's fifth set of felonies involves the illegal sonsumption and use of controled substances.

Frankly, if these potential charges hold true, Mr. Limbaugh is toast.
