You are somewhat correct. Anyone one of these items standing only probably wouldn't warrant prosecution or result in relatively minor sanctions. But, together, they add up to a significant problem for Mr. Limbaugh.

It appears that he conspired with his bank to improperly withdraw large amounts of cash for illegal purposes. And because his multiple transactions just under $10,000 were deliberately intended to avoid reporting requirements, he clearly knew that what he was doing was breaking the law.

Keep in mind that we are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars for large purchasses of controled substances - drugs. This is quitre a bit more than some poor schmo on the streets with a petty drug habit. We're talking conspiracy, racketeering and drug abuse. I'll reserve judgement until all the facts are in, but I think the man may be in deep yogurt.
