Everything is financed by Uncle Sam. It's not any different today. Do you think these guys are going to ever risk their own money when its so much cheaper to put their boys in Congress to provide a "business-freindly environment"? If the GOP wins this election its going to be 1910 all over again, but there won't be any Teddy Roosevelt around to save us this time.
It was just another corporate ripoff by the Robber Barons, but of course, if NPR reports it, its just commie agitprop, not to be believed.
Privatize the profit, socialize the losses, game the system, and then piously bleat about what a wonderful entreprefuckingneur you are and everyone needs to kiss your Daddy Warbucks ass because you're a Job Creator. So where are the Jobs? Banglafuckingdesh?
