No side effects... just benefits

Hi All

The rads trapped in the Belts are just nuisances really. When they finally crash into the Polar atmosphere/s they create the auroras [borealis/australis] but the proposal wouldn't affect the high latitudes. Slight reduction maybe, but aside from that I can't think of a single negative.
