Just because people grew to like the "wobbly bits" doesn't invalidate my theory. In fact, from an evolutionary point of view, the ones who liked that stuff would be selected over the fussy ones, and pretty soon everyone eats it. You don't hear "ewwwww" much in poverty-stricken areas. Picky eaters are a phenomenon of wealthy nations.
