Ahh finally i found a solution! I ended up deleting the whole key "Helper Objects" and everthing is running smooth again.
Iv'e also noticed that i can now copy and paste in IE again using the keyboard shortcuts. This was part of my problem aswell, same with the Tab key not working in IE as well.
But since deleting the key, everthing is great!
