I said here and elsewhere that this will go down in history along with the Dred Scott case as one of the most pitiful USSC rulings ever.
I never thought I would see the day when the USSC would give congress the power to censor free speech and the excercise thereof.
I look forward to finding ways to fight this completely non-constitutional ruling.
