I'll let you off the hook this time, after all you probably said that quote in the heat of the moment and since regret it immensely ( or more likely you had entirely forgotten you had said it ;-)
Why on Earth would I use Tom's words to convince you? Your own words have such greater impact because they were formed within your own consciousness and have the requisite frequency to have a much greater effect. Some of the best debate tactics use the person's own words to condemn them. Just look at what they're doing to poor Kerry in Iowa!
One should be able to laugh at ALL the posts - even the serious ones. One can't get bogged down into the heavier attunements alot of these things introduce to one's consciousness. Heck, Don's posts alone attempt to drown everyone with his Bush hatred and require levity to deal with. Exploiting death is not a funny business - but one has to see it as such to keep oneself from being mired in a low frequency attunement.
I have decided you are somewhat like Cindy Vortex - Jimmy Neutron's arch-nemesis.
If I say up - you say down. If I say cheer up - you say shut up.
So it's time to bury the hatchet. Or perhaps I'm just going to have some fun for the heck of it!
Tom: "Hey Mary Anne did you hear down at the comic book store they have this new Ultra Libertarian doll who crushes Stalinists and Marxists in a single blow!"
Mary Anne: "Whoop de doo"
Tom: "Look they have an Anne Coulter doll too! I want it! Anne Coulter is a Goddess!"
Mary Anne: Oh give me a break Tom. She is just a puppet of the capitalist infrastructure which uses sex and violence to hypnotize the masses and retain its powerbase.
Tom: "No Anne is just a living dream."
Mary Anne: "Yeeechhh"
Mary Anne: "Hold that thought Tom, someone's starting another book burning in the library parking lot."
Mary Anne: "Not the Harry Potter books again! That's the fifth time this year we've had to replace them!"
Phil: "Wow. I've never seen someone extinguish a fire with all the numerous copies of Rush Limbaugh's "The way Things Ought to be"

Meanwhile Tech1 tests his new atomic vortex bubble for impersonal human communications.
Tech1: So Mary Anne, want to try my new Cyclic Impersonal-a-tron
Mary Anne: "Whoop de doo. Tell me when you come up with something useful."
Later that evening...
Tech1: "De Broglie ol' buddy - Mary Anne needs to see a broader perspective. I need to find a way to enlighten her."
De Broglie: "whirrrrr Roof!"
Tech1: "My thoughts exactly!"
Tech1: "Check this out De Broglie - these posts are almost three years old. There should be something useful here."
Later...
Tech1: "Oh Mary Anne what were you thinking of when you said, this.
Mary Anne: "Using my own words against me is dangerous Tech1. Don't go there!"
Tech1: "Aw c'mon I'm not trying to be a pain - I just want an honest answer!"
Tech1: "You know De Broglie I think we've been trashed. She's a lot stronger than she looks."

Shut up indeed!
