Excuse me but....
...possessing chemical weapons related equipment and precursors chemicals isn't anywhere near the capacity to "kill billions." And if those last remnants of Saddam's WMD legacy were destroyed in 1997 as the U.N. has stated, then what the hell did we need to for to war for?!?
The fact is, Saddam Hussein's ability to actually manufacture chemical and biological weapons came to an end on the heals of the first Gulf War. And at no time has he ever possessed the abliity to "kill billions."
