You missed a good chance for a Subject there :-)
No, it's not an ISS project. It will take too long to space qualify and ISS-proof the experiment (don't want mouse droppings in the air vents). Instead, it'll fly on an expendable rocket and orbit for about 3 months then be retrieved. It's one of these hybrid missions with a lot of influence from TPS/TMS, but one that is eminently sensible and long overdue.
The usual funding problems, of course...
