I have a compost heap in my backyard with more intellignece in the god damn mealy bugs and earthworms than you display here.

Your skull is so thick on this topic as to offer the possibility of a solid bone skull.
And your link is to a company promoting a stunt demonstration device that uses well known (to non-morons) electrostatic forces to propel a device into the air. That is NOT anti-gravity. Gravity is working on every molecule of that toy. It is a diversion designed to entertain normal people and to entice submorons.
Instead of propellors, it is using elctrostatic forces to draw air and to create upward pull sufficient to hold the very light weight frame up in the air.
Cute but no cigar.
