I think you have had plenty of precise answers but you discard them because they don't fit your delusional economic theories. I would suggest Thorazine might be a good way to handle this "school of thought" you refer to.
The experts have the runs on the board in successful economic growth. Reagan and the Bushes all have disasters on their watch. Arrogant idiocy is no substitute for economic expertise.
