(this of course is unclassified btw) Give a baby in some regions about three months and if its not swapped with a neighbors and eaten then it has a chance to "grow up" . . . though I invite you to imagine what conditions they grow up in, think about what that kind of malnurishment does to someone physically and mentally. . .
The leader is mad in every sense of the word, he is quite clearly the worst leader ever to walk the face of the earth, he is a travesty of the modern world.
