I would probably ask all the major intelligence agencies and none of them would tell me the list you mentioned. I suppose the Iraqis may have been firing on jets but didn't hit any and they did give money to widows of suicide bombers. As for the rest of the list it will be very interesting, because the CIA is apparently going to deny saying those things.
So instead of all major intelligence agencies try inserting no intelligence agencies except for the OSP and it'll be more accurate.
