Whether or not a specific piece of intel is correct is not the standard in applied.
NK is ruled by a tyrant as bad as any in history and you are too blind to realize that the same weather that causes massive famine in NK is no big deal in SK.
Just as in Iraq, much of the intel will be wrong.
That happens to be the case in every war and in every conflict.
The intel prior to WWI was horrid. Same for WWII. The Cold War deserves still more books about how bad the inte was.
That is part of the fog of war, and is a big reason why when a war is fought, it whould be fought hard and unified through to victory, not picked apart by 20-20 hindsight at every step.
EVery battle in every war is frought with moral ambiguity, mistakes and every other human weakness.
So what? Getting rid of tyrants, at least to Republicans, is worth it.
It is apprently not worth it to dims.
