Thanks for the link, gave me some insight into stereo viewing.
I'm having a struggle with my experiements with this technique--I can't seem to get my eyes to see anything other than two images side-by-side. The problem may be my eyes--the right one's significantly weaker than the left, so I tend to have problems with depth perception. This may turn out to be something I can't use myself, but maybe others can. If I'm right, I'll need help testing it, since I won't know myself if it's working.
Back to the workbench...
