Pretty unlikely to work at all. Instead, we must continue what we have been doing:
Hunting down the organizations that organize such activities, such as Al Qaeda and Hamas, kill the leaders and their followers, on a daily basis -- without letup. The USA has been doing this in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere. Israel does this in the occupied territories. These efforts will not produce quick results, but they will succeed in the long run. Attacks against America are declining as are attacks against Israel. Nothing less than a permanent committment to the extirpation of terrorists whereve they may be will prove effective. Cute stuff like pig fat will work about as well as warm spit.
