You mean Iraq could be a more successful operation than the Clinton-Albright victory in Kosovo?
I heard Ms. Albright interviewed recently where she said the thing she is most proud of during her time as Sec. of State is the overwhelming success in Kosovo.
I almost expected to hear her say the sucesseful Clinton-Albright Hatian policy...But then the interview was probably recorded fairly recently. But who hear thinks Kosovo won't turn out to be just like Haiti?
Just give it some time.
