Neighboring nations for Kosovo might like the idea of having a productive neighbor -- maybe...

For Iraq, I think the Middle East nations are already getting more than they expected. Hell, Iraq turned into a really great place to dump all their undesirable extremists. Who knows. Iran may deside it's a great place to store their spent nuke fuel -- right next to the mustard plant.
