Do you really think Clinton knew what information the CIA or FBI was getting? Of course not! But yet you think Bush would? Do you really think the either president goes over every tip the CIA or FBI gets?

President Bush loves America. He was devastated that such an attack happened against his country. If anything, he is almost too obsessive in trying to protect it. He would have never allowed such an attack to happen if he had known about it in advance.
