President Bush was in office for 9 months. Do you think that the 9/11 attacks were planned the day he came into office? No. They were planned as far back as 1998. Who was president then? Who was president in 1993 when the WTC was attack by bin-Laden. Who was president when American’s were killed in the East African embassy attacked, by Al Quida? Who was the President when the USS Cole was attacked by Al-Quida?

I am not blaming Clinton for 9/11. Sure he had several chance to stop bin-Laden long before 9/11, and at least 3 good reasons too, but Clinton would have never allowed 9/11 to happen had he known about it in advance.

Like I said, If you are going to blame Bush, you should blame Clinton as well.
