Yes, the bad apples are there, and yes they will eventually show. Most cops in that barrel are good, though -- by Coalition standards -- and desire the change the Coalition forces promise and are bringing with them. That little bit of truth, of course, is lost on angry-at-America-Americans who believe everyone in the world is, or should be (AKA mentally deficient if they aren't), just like them.
