By the year 2006, the largest segment of our population will be 14-24. This will be 30 million largely unemployed, perhaps unemployable youths.

Look at our youth, by the 6th grade they have witnessed >100,000 acts of violence and seen 8,000 murders.

One in seven male students reported having a gun in school in the past 30 days, again, according to DJJ.

I don't see anyone making this an issue, do you?
