as DJJ in Florida. Try to get past your anal retentive obsession with quantification and look at the situation. This is too serious a problem to yield to "links" giving redundant figures and not trying to address the phenomenon.

I actually thought you might bring some understanding to this horrible proliferation of youth gangs in our country.
