Jimmy Carter lobbied the U.N. to keep us out of the first Gulf War.

Had we not gone in, Iraq would not only be sitting on Kuwait, but Saddam would be sitting on functional atomic warheads. These are facts.

Jimmy Carter needs to shut up like Reagan, Bush, and other former presidents have, and go build more houses.
