Mars was and is a "living" planet like the Earth. I know there is no conclusive "evidence" for that statement, except that the instruments that have been sent there tell us of water, wind, clouds, valleys, hills, temperature differences, and perhaps many other things that would become evident, if we only could see it in "true" color.
