The universe does not work that way- try it...
the methods are largely incompatible, the acetone experiment could not be used in conjunction with any of the other methods you mentioned...
(By the way table top fusion isnt that new, Ultrashort laser pulses fired at deuterium clusters did it a quite a few years before the ORNL original paper, it also had no hope of being a power source...)
