The investigation is ongoing, and so are the charges, and the courts marshal proceedings. Merely because the military failed to mention these facts to you is no reason to fall back on your old -- and eqully aching -- claims of "cover-up".

No. 'Cause the story broke at all. There was no need for "it" to have ever hit the fan, and the proper release would have come after the courts marshal were completed.
