Is America occupying Iraq after invading without provocation?
I'm not sure this question even has meaning. Does one have to be especially "provoked" to occupy a country you have invaded, or is it standard practice in warfare to invade a country and go home the next day?
Why be in total denial!!??
Why does a country invade another one? To occupy it and take it over and claim it. This is what territorial disputes are all about.
But Iraq is halfway around the world in a totally different kind of culture and civilization.
Therefore occupying it doesn't make sense, unless it's about colonizing it. But what for?
Did American invade Iraq without provocation?
Define "provocation."
The burden of proof must rest on the one who denounces, not the one who is denounced. Even at school it was obvious.
Not only was Bush unable to proove Saddam was a danger but we know for sure he wasn't.
Don't american conservatives realize what their president did?
Here's an article written more than a year ago, long before we knew with certainty about the WMDs, longe before the abuses were even committed and long before the polls showing Iraqis consider americans as occupier by a huge margin.
