Incapable of experiencing shame, R.
So shame-based as to become immune. You've read Spires, etc.
No sense of invoking shame, or even mentioning it. A waste of electrons and bandwidth.
Shame is only experienced by those with a conscience, morality, and a view of the world beyond their own narrow interests.
However, it is invoked by them against anyone who stands in the way of their power, greed, or pleasure.
But as for experiencing it, they can't and don't.
