I have a hard time believing that amount, maybe they are counting the weight of the lead container the cesium would HAVE to be in- I seriously doubt they would remove it to weigh the amount...

Nope, the reporter made a mistake in that claim of weight- not that it isnt serious as hell... but they did NOT seize 357 pounds of cesium-137....
