Yes, I didn't have a flying dream until a year or so ago, even after thousands upon thousands of dreams. I also had a lucid dream about half a year ago where I was able to control the dream for a few seconds and see how my old HS flames look now...haha! I woke up quickly but I have no doubt that the visions were true. My ind couldn't have conjured up some of the changes.
I'm almost never the aggressor either. The exception to that rule is fights with family members where I may shove or punch first. But those dreams are pretty rare now.
The dream world is a fascinating place. I have like three boxes full of notepads that will make fodder for a fascinating book or study.
