As usual, our "friends" from Al Qaeda engage in unimaginably disgusting behavior. One hopes and prays they will be swiftly brought to justice.

Events like these will have the intended effect of obstructing our reconstruction efforts by detering American civilians from being willing to engage in contract business in Iraq.
