They sawed Daniel Pearl's head off long before any prison abuses. And piloted planes into our buildings long before we were doing anything at all.

Anyone who somehow contrives to place the blame for this anywhere but on the heads of these monsters might do well to keep it to themselves.

I have pretty much had the goddamn "Blame America First" crowd up to my throat.
