The point being why moderate and pro-American Muslims are not standing up?
I'm having an awful lot of trouble trying to figure out why rednecks would be harassing or attacking Muslims marching down a U.S. main street with American flags and carrying signs condemning terrorism.
On the other hand, I can easily see less moderate Muslims--of which there are a lot in America--doing such a thing.
For real statistics on hate crimes, go here and look at the numbers. I had a post showing comparisons between different years, and lots of other things, but the program dumped and it went away. Frankly, I'm getting tired of doing everyone's legwork anyway. Check it out yourself. Don't forget to compare statistics on hate crimes against Jews in America.
