Santeria and Vodoo. Both cause conflict with existing municiple ordinances not only concerning animal cruelty but liquor law violations. This has resulted in a lot of un-resolved legal actions based on local and state laws conflicting with the First Amendment.

Should the (religious) rights of the few be constrained by the moral and ethical considerations of the majority community? These are the type of questions that might give you a hint of how difficult it is to live in a liberal society.
