I'm trying to look at the problem of these terrorists, not only as "pests", but something that needs to be eliminated worldwide. They will threaten our very existence from here to kingdom come. For some reason, they're like the leemings on the way to the sea. There is no good end for them, but never the less, they're on the march. And they're like a cancer, growing. Stamping them out one by one isn't really working.

Is there another way to take them down? Could we use a honey trap? Or flypaper?
Maybe offer them a truce of sorts, and some money, and a promise to hand them over some power.
Get them organized. Get them to line up. Get them in all one place.
Be serious about promotion.
Then, when they they think they have what they want coming to them.......BINGO!
Take em down.
