90% of boys over puberty would not be adversely affected but some might, so it is a problem I suppose.

I read some complaints associated with this regarding the light treatment of women in this situation but it seems to be wise to realize that punishment should fit the crime. There is a huge difference in this and the same thing involving reversed sexes.
