No need to reschedule an election - except if Bush is behind in the polls.

At the very worst, if, God forbid, there were another WTC, everyone but Manhattan could vote, and Manhattan could vote later.

Unless Bush is behind in the polls, of course.

Because otherwise there is absolutely no need to reschedule.
