Why would the terrorist want to seek to disrupt the electioni if the Bush administration is likely to lose? The terrorist wants the bush admin to win; to give cause for more wannabe's fledglings. Kerry would seek peace not war. A change the terrorist would not want.

So why the alerts? None of Tommy's predictions have been correct before so why would this be any different?

The term "U.S. intelligence" has taken on a new meaning lately. It no longer can be trusted. The bond of trust wasn't broken...it was never there to begin with. Misplaced trust perhaps.

The implication is clear as to why this alert went out...to leave the door open.
