No hokum here. I can use the TerraServer and clearly see shadows of trees on the ground. This picture was taken in 1992. Secret pics would have much higher resolution even in the seventies.

I doubt very much if she was able to take some souvenier pics home with her to document what she was describing. If she did I'm certain she would have shown them to you if they were declassified. The pics would have been designated as top secret.
