I applied for a security clearance, but changed jobs before it went through- (applying for security clearance just after 9-11 meant a major delay...), nevertheless I did have to sign non-disclosure agreements- and those alone are legally binding enough to severely mess up your life if you violate them... If Berger did half of what he is accused of and has apparently admitted to he at the very least should be brought to trial...

I dont play partisan BS- he seriously violated laws and I am not defending the guy, BUT the right wing IS going to milk this for all they can, and make it into as much of a scandal as possible. in the end it is just politics... small men playing small games- meanwhile the big issues are ignored... and the big issues will never be addressed... so whatever your political affiliation, just understand that the political games that follow hurt all of us....
