And I would suppose their inactions.

As a conservative dogma, that's a happy crock. Condaleeza Rice wasn't responsible for National Security, Bush hasn't been responsible for anything, Rumsfeld hasn't miscalculated and lead the US into a quagmire, Cheney isn't responsible for Halliburton looting the US and Iraq, etc., etc.

And the rest of that post is as irresponsible.

Hard to take the poster seriously.
